RETURN POLICY

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Due to the closing of Belle Terre Ave. all items are final sale regardless of Quality Control issues.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Sale items and discounted items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
We always hope that you are satisfied with our pieces, but if for some reason you aren’t, you can always return regular priced items for a refund to your original method of payment OR store credit. Please return the item in its original and unworn condition within 10 days of the postmarked delivery date. Anything purchased on our Final Sale pages, Promotional Sales or any items are final sale, no returns or exchanges, store credits or refunds - no exceptions. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if it is outside of the return period or if it has been worn (e.g. sweat stains, grass stains, dirt stains, animal hair, etc.). You will receive an email within 7 days of delivery if your return item has been accepted and what to expect.

If you have received a faulty piece from our shop, please contact us immediately or no later than 3 days after delivery. We cannot accept any faulty products past this 3 day period.

Product(s) must be unused, unworn with original tags still attached.

Under no circumstances do we accept any altered goods.

Consider purchasing tracking or insurance on your package as we are not responsible for lost/damaged shipments.

Items must be shipped back within 10 days of purchase date.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Prepaid duties and taxes are non-refundable. These are forwarded to your local customs authority so we are unable to refund. However by contacting your local customs office directly, with copies of your return information, you may be able to claim these fees back.

EXCHANGES
Customers can request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, given inventory and availability. Please keep in mind exchange items are not reserved until the original item has been received back to our warehouse. Customers MUST use our Return Center to process an exchange. Shipping is not included for exchange orders. Anything purchased on our Final Sale pages, Promotional Sales or any item ending in $.95 are final sale, no returns or exchanges, store credits or refunds - no exceptions.

We strongly encourage you to take your measurements and order the correct size. For your convenience, each product has a detailed description of try ons, size chart and recommendations for in-between sizes.
